I placed my order in advance and with priority shipping because I knew hurricane isaias was coming. The day before my order was supposed to arrive I received a call from Sam's Medical Supply letting me know there was an issue and rather than wait on FedEx to figure out what happened to my original order - leaving me at risk of being without my ostomy supplies - they went ahead and overnighted another order while FedEx was figuring out what happened. I mean I didn't even know there even was a problem with the shipping until they called and they already had a solution. FedEx needs to get their stuff together because I received a notification today, mind you I placed my order for my ostomy supplies almost 2 weeks ago, that my original order somehow ended up in CALIFORNIA!!!! but is now back on track to deliver to me Wednesday. So much for priority service. Coloplast delivered yet another exceptional product and in black and it definitely gave me the boost of confidence I needed.
