I received only de cone and the irrigation bag with its hose...

Perhaps, you meant to order part no. 1500H, which is the hospital set. Coloplast Part No. 1500H includes additional parts i.e. 1- Water Bag/Regulator, 1- Cone, 4- Adhesive Irrigation Sleeves (#1003), 2- Closure Clips as outlined in the item description.
